I cannot recommend Andy enough, we needed to sell our house fast due to unfortunate circumstances and not only did Andy get us a buyer within a matter of days once the house went up for sale, he also found us a cash buyer! The process was very quick and smooth sailing to say the least. Andy has been a real asset to us and will use him again in the near future.
