Andy was nothing but polite, helpful and friendly throughout the twelve week process of buying a flat. He put himself out to let me view the property at short notice, provided really useful information about the property and was quick to inform me when an unexpected issue arose. Solicitors were very busy at the time with the stamp duty holiday ending, but Andy took the time to explain the legal processes and next steps when my solicitor was hard to contact. I felt that he had my best interest at heart as well as the seller’s, that he was very professional in his work and a decent, honest person in general!
